What began as a go-to service from the closest friends, family, and co-workers, back in 2016, seamlessly catapulted into a full-service event planning firm where Cherie Felder continues to excel at making moments memorable on a nationwide level.
Backed by an unhindered passion for taking events from conception to execution, her innate gift to curate high-quality ambiences that feature must-have amenities leave clients at ease with confidence and every guest savoring an unforgettable time. Cherie’s journey to becoming an entrusted event planner and day-of-coordinator began with the planning of a corporate retreat for Philadelphia’s leading black law firm at the Borgata Resort in Atlantic City, New Jersey.
She also leveled her expertise as the planner for an Indian Mehndi that merged the Italian bride’s modern style with the groom’s Indian-rooted traditions. Since 2017, Cherie continues to serve as the event planner for America’s first Black Episcopal church, African Episcopal Church of St. Thomas’ reception that follows Judicial Sunday, exceeding the needs of over 200 joining members.

Planning

We start 4-6 weeks before the event. We manage vendors when they arrive, oversee the final walk through of the venue making sure everything is setup properly, manage rehearsal, create & adhere to the timeline, troubleshoot any day-of problems, and more.
